We upgraded and get this ....

Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/thetopto/public_html/components/com_cebridge/classes/config.php on line 158


then we removed theupgrade and reinstalled the full set
we still get
Fatal error: Call to undefined function curl_init() in /home/thetopto/public_html/components/com_cebridge/classes/config.php on line 158

any ideas?

Do you have curl enabled? Check your phpinfo in Joomla Admin Help->SystemInfo->PHP Information under configure command look for --with-curl=

Curl is required for the bridge to work correctly. It is used for creating the users in Joomla when they signup through ClientExec.

here is the fixed file to check if curl is enabled. You can use this until you get curl enabled. Which is highly recommended because it is used to create the user in Joomla through the clientexec signup process.

unzip and upload this file to /components/com_cebridge/classes/
