ClientExec Bridge 1.0 RC2 Released! PDF Print E-mail

We are happy to finally announce the release of ClientExec Bridge 1.0 RC2.  I know this has been a long time coming, but the bugs that had made the earlier version pretty much unusable have been fixed.  Please let me know how this version works for you.  If it makes your life easier, we would like to hear from you.

The problem with the download files not being found is fixed.  I had changed servers and the physical file structure changed and I forgot to update the database.  The download links should work now.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are noticing session problems such as the following

 "When I enable the plugin for caching in the plugins menu, the bridge does not stay logged in between sessions even if "remember me" is checked; if I close my browser and reopen it, I come up as logged out.

Also, other users report that when they go to the site (while that plugin is enabled) they show as logged in as me."

Please upgrade to Joomla 1.5.4 or later.  This seems to be a Joomla problem that was fixed in the mentioned release.

We are pleased to announce the release of ClientExec Bridge 1.0 Beta 2. Available now in the downloads section.

 

Changes:
Fixed various minor errors.
Added ability to import staff.
Able to set access level of staff (see Administration Manual)
